A reduced rail service will run between Marlow and Maidenhead until tomorrow due to signalling problems.
Services between London Paddington and Bourne End will now terminate at Maidenhead and an hourly shuttle service will operate between Maidenhead and Marlow.
Trains will depart Maidenhead at 38 minutes past the hour and Marlow at 6 minutes past the hour.
It is not yet known exactly how long the disruption is will last, but it is expected to continue until at least noon tomorrow.
This morning, the line was forced to close due to signalling problem but has since reopened.
