A 43-year-old woman died after she was involved in a three-car collision on the A404 Marlow Bypass on Monday.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for information about the crash, which involved a silver Honda Accord, a blue VW Beetle and a silver VW Sharan on the southbound carriageway at about 1.30pm.
A woman, who was driving the VW Beetle, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford but died of her injuries.
Investigating officer, PC Sandra Terry of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said “I want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who has any information about the collision, even if you think it be insignificant, to come forward.
“The easiest way to contact us is by calling 101 and quoting reference 768 (12/9), or you can visit your nearest police station.
“If you do not want to speak directly to the police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.”
