Three men have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after a blue Vauxhall Astra was stolen from a home in Maidenhead this morning.
An automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera spotted the stolen car in Cookham and a police helicopter tracked it towards Reading.
On route it was found to be travelling with a red Nissan.
At 1.30pm police arrested the 21-year-old driver of the Nissan in Bridge Street, on suspicion of burglary.
The blue Astra was also stopped by police in Henley Road and its occupants, a 20-year-old man and a 34-year-old man, were also arrested on suspicion of burglary.
All three men are in police custody tonight.
The investigation is ongoing.
