Essential Living has released two new images of what the redeveloped flats at Berkshire House will look like once work is completed.
Scaffolding was put up on Tuesday, August 4 and it is expected work will begin soon.
Berkshire House will be turned into 68 homes after the plans submitted by Essential Living were approved in December 2013.
The 68 contemporary apartments are due to have a range of en-suite resident’s facilities including concierge, storage facilities, club room and podium level amenity deck.
Essential Living has confirmed that development is expected to finish by summer 2016 however rent prices are still to be confirmed.
