Firefighters called to Bourne End office fire

An out-of-control bonfire in Maidenhead had to be put out by firefighters yesterday.

The Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at about 8.40pm about the incident in Ellington Park.

Two engines from Maidenhead were dispatched and the situation was brought under control within 45 minutes however there was damaged caused to some fence panels.
