Homeless protesters camped outside Maidenhead Town Hall have left the site.
It follows a court order requiring the campaigners, known as Born SL6, to give possession of the land to the Royal Borough.
The rough sleepers each had interviews with council officials today (Monday) but it was not immediately clear if any had been given priority for housing.
Jason Verdaguer, one of the key figures in the protest, said: “This is not going away. This is just the beginning.”
The group packed up their items in trolleys and left by 5pm.
