A 25-year-old man from Maidenhead has been charged following a police investigation into child exploitation in Oxford.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in court this morning after he was charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child.
The charge is the latest in a joint investigation by Thames Valley Police, Thames and Chiltern CPS and Oxfordshire County Council in Operation Bullfinch.
The name of the man has not yet been released by police.
