A 38-year-old man has been charged with breaking into a house and stealing jewellery, financial documents and a laptop.
Paul Betts, 38, is alleged to have raided a home in High Town Road, Maidenhead, sometime between June 30 and July 1.
He was also charged with fraud by false representation when he appeared before Slough Magistrates' Court on Thursday last week.
Betts, of Ray Mill Road West was remanded into custody and is due to enter pleas at Reading Crown Court on Monday.
