Four teenagers, including two girls, were injured after a brawl involving 'sharp weapons', police have said.
Officers were called to reports of a fight in Somersby Crescent, Cox Green, Maidenhead at about 1.15am on Sunday.
All those involved are believed to have been attending a house party in the street that evening.
The injured, all aged between 14 and 16, were taken to hospital.
All have since been discharged.
Seven teenagers, all aged 16 and from the Maidenhead area, were arrested on suspicion of GBH and released on police bail until December 14.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Jonathan Cairns has appealed for witnesses.
