Five cars and a brick wall were damaged after an out-of-control car smashed its way through the back streets of Maidenhead and ended up on its roof.
Police were called at about 1.30pm on Tuesday after a silver Ford Cougar crashed into three parked cars and a brick wall in Windrush Way and Kennet Road
Officer attended and tried to detain the driver but he drove off into Cordwallis Road, clipped a kerb and the car rolled onto its roof and hit two more vehicles.
The driver, a man in his thirties, was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, for treatment for a minor head injury.
Investigating officer PC Chris Howlett, of the Joint Roads Policing Unit in Taplow, is appealing for witnesses.
He said: "I would like to speak to anyone who saw the initial incident in Windrush Way and Kennet Road in which several parked cars were damaged, or the silver Ford Cougar driving between this location and Cordwallis Road, where it was in a further collision."
No arrests have been made but a spokesman said officers would be speaking to the driver in due course.
