A man has been arrested on suspicion of making death threats about Maidenhead MP and Home Secretary Theresa May.
The 33-year-old man is also accused of making threats to kill former Foreign Secretary Jack Straw.
They were allegedly made in a phone call to the office of Rossendale and Darwen MP, Jake Berry, on 18 April.
On Monday Lancashire Police arrested a 33-year-old man who works for Blackburn with Darwen Council.
The suspect is from Blackburn where Mr Straw is the local MP.
He was released on police bail until July 20.
