Sporting opportunities will be on offer across Maidenhead and Windsor next month.
The Royal Borough is staging its two weeks of action through Sports Bug and Return to Sport initiatives.
They will run from May 12-25.
Sports Bug offers a variety of sporting activities for the whole family, while Return to Sport is designed to encourage adults considering going back to a sport they have played in the past or try a new activity.
Dragon boating, boot camps, sailing, athletics, gym inductions and Nordic walking are all available.
Sports clubs, leisure centres and community centres will be offering free taster sessions.
