A 43-year-old Maidenhead man has denied two counts of owning a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place.
Kevin McNally, of Brunel Close, will face trial at Reading Magistrates Court on June 7.
The first incident is alleged to have taken place at Windsor Royal Shopping centre on December 1 and the second at Thames Street, Windsor, on December 10.
