Staff at a new at-home care service are celebrating after the business was formally certified by the government's healthcare watchdog.
Home Instead Senior Care received a certificate from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) at a ceremony held in its Cookham Road office on Thursday.
Royal Borough mayor Cllr Asghar Majeed was on hand to present it to business franchise owner Paul Westgarth.
"It's our mission to enable older people to live fulfilling lives with dignity and respect in their own homes for as long as possible," Paul said.
The certificate shows the business has been registered with the CQC and is meeting the required standards of quality and safety.
The Maidenhead branch opened on February 13 and also serves Henley and Wallingford.
