Worshippers are invited to join a silent procession down Maidenhead High Street for the traditional Walk of Witness on Good Friday.
The annual event is organised by Maidenhead Churches Together to mark the day of Jesus' death and remind people of the true meaning behind Easter.
Set to a solitary drum beat, the procession will follow a large wooden cross from Park Street at 11am and make stops for hymns and short readings along the High Street.
Hundreds are expected to join the route which will end with refreshments in the High Street Methodist Church.
