A power cut across Maidenhead affected 2,700 houses this morning.
Power went down across the town after a fault with an underground electrical cable in Cordwallis Park at 5.10am.
Sam O'Conner, a spokesperson for Southern Electric, said electricity was restored to all areas between 6.10am and 7.30am.
She added: "We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to those affected."
Power supplies have been re-routed and repair works to the underground cable will begin within the next few weeks.
