A fond farewell will be said at a Maidenhead pub on Friday as its landlord and lady move on to pastures new.
Bob and Joan Cooper have been behind the bar of the Craufurd Arms - the first pub they've ever run - for nearly eight years.
But the popular couple will serve last orders at the pint-sized free house for the last time on Thursday before they move to Chichester to retire.
The parents-of-three and grandparents-of-six have been helped by their son-in-law Geoff Bennett, known as 'Chunky', who acts as bar manager. He is also set to leave the pub industry.
Joan and Bob have been told the Craufurd Arms will stay open and that someone else will be coming in to run it.
They thanked people for supporting the pub and its ventures.
"They are not just our customers they are our friends," Joan added.
Paramedics were called to the scene of a medical emergency in Maidenhead on Monday morning (June 27).
