A driver dragged free from the wreckage of his burning car after a crash on New Year's Day has been reported for careless driving.
The 34-year-old man from Knowl Hill was seriously injured after his Mercedes crashed into a ditch on the A4 Bath Road at about 4am.
A police spokesman said he is making a 'good recovery' but has been reported for careless driving, driving while on a provisional licence and without insurance.
Cousins Zac Wilson, of Choseley Close, and Dimitri Mardari, of High Wycombe, pulled the driver from the crumpled car moments before it burst into flames.
The driver is due to be served court summons.
