A 17-year-old boy was mugged for his mobile phone in Belmont Road, Maidenhead, on Thursday.
At 7.10pm the boy, from Maidenhead, was walking along the road alone when he was aware of two Asian men walking towards him.
They threatened him and demanded £30 but he told them he didn't have any money. They pulled on his earphones and his mobile phone fell out of his pocket, which they took.
Police carried out house-to-house enquiries in the area and are appealing for witnesses.
One man is described as 19-years-old, chubby, 5ft 9', and wearing a brown jacket, dark jeans and black shoes.
The other male is described as about 17, chubby, 5ft 6' and was wearing a black hooded top with blue trim and the hood up and black tracksuit bottoms.

A 21-year-old man from Maidenhead was arrested on suspicion of robbery and was bailed to appear at Maidenhead Police Station on Friday, March 30.
