A petrol garage worker has been left 'shaken' after men in balaclavas terrorised him before stealing cigarettes and the contents of the till.
Police are hunting for five men who raided the BP garage in Knowl Hill shortly before 8pm last night.
The 35-year-old was forced into a small corridor by two of the men who terrorised him demanding the key to the safe.
The other men then raided the cigarette counter and till before leaving through a hole in a chain link fence at the back of the Bath Road building.
DC Mike Round, from Loddon Valley CID, said: "Although the member of staff was not hurt in this incident it was still an upsetting ordeal that has left him shaken."
Call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 with information.
