A review of a King Street shop's licence has been delayed for a third time.
Drinks Superstore, also known as Kings Stores, had its licence called in for review by the borough licensing and trading standards manager Steve Johnson after a catalogue of problems including selling imported alcohol without paying excise duty and fake Jacobs Creek wine.
The review was adjourned in January and on Thursday, February 9.
At a hearing this morning the review was adjourned for a third time and is now due to be heard on March 14.
