Great Western Railway has warned a ‘very reduced service’ is currently running through Twyford, Maidenhead and Slough.
The rail operator said fewer trains are able to run due to a broken rail at Iver.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Elizabeth line services will continue to run but with an increased journey time.
Great Western Railway tickets will be accepted on Elizabeth line services.
