Cllr Simon Werner celebrates with his family.
The Lib Dems have gained control of the Royal Borough council after a dramatic election night.
The party, led by Cllr Simon Werner, now hold 22 seats on the council, with the Tories suffering huge losses and seeing their seats reduced to just seven.
It was also a good night for The Borough First Independents, who now hold seven seats.
Meanwhile, the Old Windsor Residents' Association retained their two seats, as did West Windsor Residents' Association. Cllr Ewan Larcombe, of the National Flood Prevention Party, also retained his seat.
