Book lovers across the borough are encouraged to support their libraries on Saturday.
National Libraries Day will be marked with plenty of fun for families.
Open from 9.30am-4pm, Maidenhead Library in St Ives Road is running a crown colouring competition from 10am-2pm, and storytime from 10.30am.
A lucky dip for members starts at 10am and the chance to enter a free prize draw will be offered in the Nicholsons Centre from 9.30am-3pm.
Tigger is set to appear at Cox Green Library in Highfield Lane, which opens from 10am-1.30pm with storytime for under-fives, table top activities and free refreshments.
A colouring contest will run at Cookham Library in High Road, which is open between 10am-1pm.
The chance to meet a soldier is being offered at Windsor Library, Bachelors Acre, from 9.30am-3pm, with storytime at 11am and a fancy dress competition which will be judged at 11.30am.
