Firefighters were called to Courthouse Road at 10.30pm after the driver of a silver Vauxhall Zafira crashed.
Firefighter Daniel Drury, from Maidenhead Fire, said they had to cut out the back of the car to get the trapped motorist out.
The male driver suffered neck injuries. No other vehicles were involved.
Two crews from Maidenhead attended the scene.
