A crash outside the 3 offices in Maidenhead caused tailbacks through the town centre this morning.
Police were called at 10.15am following the accident between a BT Openreach transit van and a Mercedes pick-up truck at the traffic lights on the A308.
They closed the road between the Castle Hill roundabout and the traffic lights while fire crews and an ambulance attended.
A police spokesman said firefighters had to cut the driver of the of the BT van out of his vehicle. He was taken to Wexham Park Hospital with what are believed to be minor injuries.
The road was re-opened shortly before noon.
Traffic had built up in Queen Street, Grenfell Road and Braywick Road.
