Fifth arrest made in Kidwells Park fight investigation

Reports of violent crime to Thames Valley Police increased by 30 per cent in last year

A fifth arrest has been made by police investigating a fight which broke out in Kidwells Park.

A 17-year-old boy from Maidenhead has been arrested today on suspicion of making threats to kill in connection with an incident which took place in the park on Tuesday, September 20. He remains in custody.

Two 17-year-old boys were assaulted during the incident, with one of the victims suffering a fractured nose.

Four teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of GBH in connection with the incident.

A 17-year-old boy from Windsor and a 17-year-old boy from Maidenhead have been bailed until November 16, while a 17-year-old boy and 15-year-old boy from Maidenhead have been bailed until November 17.
