'Severe' IT problems caused by flooding are affecting Citizens Advice services in Maidenhead and Dedworth.
The charity's Maidenhead base, at 4 Marlow Road, was hit by flooding after Friday's heavy thunderstorms caused widespread disruption throughout the town.
In a message sent out on Saturday, Christine O'Hare, chief executive of Citizens Advice Maidenhead and Windsor, said help can only be provided for emergency issues in Maidenhead until further notice and the Dedworth service has been suspended for at least two weeks.
Anyone who needs advice is asked to call 03444 111 444 rather than visiting the offices, with calls charged at the local rate.
Those with an appointment in Maidenhead are asked to attend as arranged.
Visit www.maidenheadcab.org.uk for more information and advice.
