Thames Valley Police is carrying out searches in connection with the murder of Andrzej Mucha in Slough in 2021.
The force is currently carrying out searches in a field on Grays Park Road in Stoke Poges, and are likely to be at that location for several days.
Police have been investigating the disappearance of Andrzej Mucha, 57, since he was reported missing on December 30 2021.
Andrzej’s last known contact with his family was on November 29 2021.
Initially, the operation was a missing person investigation, but later became a murder investigation.
Detective Superintendent Andy Howard said: “The force is currently carrying out searches in a field on Grays Park Road, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, and we are likely to be at that location for a number days.
“I would like to thank the community for their support and understanding while we are in the area carrying out these searches in connection with the investigation into the murder of Andrzej Mucha in Slough in 2021.”
Andrzej’s family is being kept up to date regarding the progress of the murder investigation and these ongoing searches.
