Cookham Bridge was temporarily closed overnight on Sunday after being struck by some floating concrete.
Emergency services were called to the key River Thames crossing shortly after 6pm following reports of some floating debris clattering into the support structures at the bottom of the bridge.
A spokesman from Maidenhead Fire Station said crews attended the scene to check if any significant damage to the bridge had been caused.
It is understood the floating debris was loose concrete from a pontoon upstream.
The bridge was closed while emergency services carried out an initial inspection.
A spokesman for Windsor and Maidenhead council said on Monday: "Cookham Bridge has reopened this morning (Monday) following an overnight closure after floating loose concrete came into contact with part of the bridge yesterday.
"Thank you for your patience and understanding."
