An ambitious plan to build a new 'super hospital' near Maidenhead will be discussed this week.
Dr Phillip Lee MP will present his idea for the Royal Thames Valley Hospital at a public meeting on Thursday.
The MP for Bracknell wants a state-of-the-art hospital to be built at land next to junction 8/9 of the M4.
He is undertaking a plan for healthcare provision in the Thames Valley area as part of calls for a re-think of the region's healthcare strategy.
The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn in Manor Lane from 7.30pm.
