A former director of finance at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has been named as chairman of governors at East Berkshire College.
Tony Dixon, who lives in Maidenhead, was appointed as a college governor in 2002.
He is also a non-executive director of Berkshire East Primary Care Trust and a director of Windsor Theatre Ltd.
The chartered public finance accountant left the Royal Borough in March 2001.
Ken Lamb has been named as the college's vice-chairman.
East Berkshire College has a branch in Langley and Windsor.
