The doors to a Tesco Express store on the Bath Road in Maidenhead will open for the first time on Wednesday.
The event will be marked with a £500 donation from the supermarket to the Bridge Trust charity, which runs the re:charge cafe in the town centre to provide help and support for young people.
A representative from the trust will also cut a ribbon to declare the store officially open.
The doors will open at 8am on Wednesday. The official opening ceremony and cheque presentation will be at 10.30am.
A wine firm has also applied to the Royal Borough for a premises licence to sell alcohol at a new store.
Majestic Wine Warehouse has applied for permission to sell it at unit two of 14-20 in Bath Road, next to the new Tesco.
The firm wants to sell alcohol Monday to Sunday from 8am-11pm.
