Firefighters from Maidenhead assisted with first aid at two incidents in the town this afternoon.
A crew was called out to Kidwells Close at 1.20pm to help gain access to the home of a man who had suffered a fall.
They were eventually able to get to him through a window. Paramedics took the man to Wexham Park Hospital for treatment but his condition is unknown.
A fire engine was flagged down to help an elderly lady who had fallen over in Sainsbury's shortly after 3pm.
They provided some first aid until an ambulance arrived to take the woman to hospital. Her condition is also unknown.
