The father of a former Desborough College pupil who died at university has paid tribute to the son he described as his 'friend'.
Adam Blissett, 18, passed away in his halls of residence at Bath Spa University on Wednesday.
His dad Mark described the news as a huge shock for the family, who live in the Oldfield area of Maidenhead.
"Adam was just a nicely rounded, well turned out lad," he said.
"As a family we've had a fantastic 18 years with him."
The cause of the teenager's death is still unknown but police say it is not being treated as suspicious.
Friends of Adam have been paying tribute to him on social media sites and the Advertiser website.
A moment's silence was held at the university yesterday in his memory.
See Thursday's Advertiser for a full tribute.
