A trip to the edge of the universe was experienced by pupils at Highfield Preparatory School when the Science Dome visited on Monday.
Science, history and geography topics were explored with the help of a digital mobile planetarium put up in the hall at the West Road site in Maidenhead.
Each year group had a session in the dome during which pictures were projected 360 degrees around them. Topics they learned about included Ancient Egypt, the Solar System, and the world under the sea.
Year six class teacher Nicola Ash said: "It was a really memorable experience for all age groups and benefitted the children immensely."
