There were delays on the A404 bypass last night after a three-car collision southbound between Maidenhead Thicket and the M4.
Two fire engines from Maidenhead were called to the incident at about 6.45pm after the crash had caused a white VW Golf to flip over after hitting a small white van.
Firefighters did not have to use cutting equipment but one person was taken to hospital with neck injuries.
Both southbound lanes were closed for about an hour while the cars were cleared.
Firefighters left the scene at about 8pm.
