A man who died following a 'disturbance' at the Boulters Restaurant and Bar in Maidenhead on Wednesday night has been named by police as Marcin Pastusczak.
The 34-year-old, who is originally from Poland, has lived in the UK for about five years. Police have confirmed he was not a member of staff at the complex.
His family, who are believed to live abroad, have now been informed of his death. The cause has still not been established.
Three men arrested on suspicion of Mr Pastusczak's murder have been released on bail until January.
Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
