A taxi driver charged with raping a female customer will face a retrial in February.
Amir Ali, 26, from Boyn Hill Road in Maidenhead is accused of committing sexual assault in the early hours of Sunday, March 4.
A jury sitting at Reading Crown Court last month was unable to reach a verdict and a judge ruled for a retrial.
Ali will stand trial again at Reading Crown Court from February 25.
