Members of a disability arts group were given the gold seal of approval by Paralympic hero Sophie Christiansen at a celebratory ceremony on Wednesday.
The three-time gold medal winner presented artists from the ArtAble group with cash rewards earned by the sale of their work in the ceremony at their Boyn Grove Community Resource Centre base in Courthouse Road, Maidenhead.
Christiansen, who brought along her medals and answered questions from members, took a tour of the centre and met the artists at work as part of the day.
ArtAble have showcased Olympic and Paralympic-themed artwork at various events throughout the summer.
