Police have found about 20 cannabis plants in a rented house in North Town Road in Maidenhead.
Officers were led to the house after responding to reports of a suspicious car in the road on Tuesday night.
The car was stopped and three people were detained before police investigated the house it had allegedly left from and found the plants.
A 30-year-old man and 51-year-old woman, both from Furze Platt, and a 37-year-old man from Burnham were arrested on suspicion on possession with intent to supply a class B drug.
This morning, police community support officers were outside the house while the investigation continues.
The arrested trio have been bailed until December 3.
