A taxi firm operator was forced to escape through a window when a dispute inside its Maidenhead office got out of hand.
Police were called to 24-7 Taxis on Sunday to reports of a struggle inside the building in West Street.
The offenders entered the office shortly before 11pm and allegedly became aggressive towards a staff member in there.
During the dispute damage was caused to computer equipment.
A police spokeswoman said the victim had fled through a window because the offenders blocked the door and he then called 999.
The incident is being treated as assault without injury.
