GP surgeries are hoping to ensure patients remain fighting fit through the winter months by getting their annual flu jabs.
Woodlands Park Surgery in Woodlands Park Road is calling on registered patients who are over the age of 65 or in an at-risk groups to make sure they get their injection.
Practice manager Diane Parrott said: "We are already seeing cases of flu and it is hitting us now. Though the weather hasn't turned cold yet, we'd urge our patients to get their protection earlier rather than later."
Visit or call your registered surgery to arrange a jab.
