A decision on plans to replace the old Shire Horse Centre with six homes is due to be made tonight.
An application by Pegasus Planning Group for the site in Littlewick Green is set for consideration by Maidenhead development control panel.
Previous plans for the site have been dismissed over greenbelt issues.
The team behind Beech Lodge School is due to learn whether permission will be granted to temporarily house it in a building at Top Farm in Honey Lane in Hurley.
It is recommended to be given the green light after losing out on the chance to buy land previously home to Holyport Manor School in Ascot Road in Holyport.
Proposed changes to the number and type of homes being built at Boulters Meadow are also recommended for approval by the panel subject to conditions.
The public meeting is due to take place at Maidenhead Town Hall at 7pm.
