Maidenhead were brought crashing down to earth after a strong start to the season with two defeats in three days.
Michael and Dan spent Saturday afternoon at York Road for the visit of Hemel Hempstead and looked back on the disappointment that transpired.
Dan also chatted to manager Johnson Hippolyte for his views and reported on yesterday’s fruitless trip to Bromley.
The football chat continued with Graeme and news from Marlow, including an interview with Mark Bartley about the side’s 2014/15 campaign.
Results from Slough and Burnham in the Southern League were a mixed bag, but the team tried to see the positive side, as well as reflecting on last week’s red card protest by Rebels fans who want a return to their town after a decade in the wilderness.
Once again, Graeme wrapped things up with a comprehensive report of everything that went on in the wide world of cricket on Saturday.
