Sainsbury's supermarket in Taplow will close for one week while its extension is completed.
Doors at the store in Lake End Road will shut at 6pm on Tuesday (August 26) before re-opening at 9am on September 3.
The multi-million pound project has already created an extra 41 full and part-time jobs and will deliver an additional 10,000 sq ft of floor space.
The company has also claimed it will feature a number of energy saving initiatives that will help to reduce the store's carbon footprint.
“Our modernised store will provide a vastly improved shopping experience to our customers," said store manager Jan Moore.
"We would like to thank everyone for their patience during these works and we look forward to welcoming customers at the store opening on September 3.”
