Theo Smithard-Powell, of Barham Road, Chislehurst, Greater London, was charged on Wednesday with one count of conspiracy to burgle.
The charge relates to 25 burglaries which took place between February 13 and March 4 2013 across Maidenhead, Thame, Aylesbury and the Southampton area of Hampshire.
Smithard-Powell appeared at Slough Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and was remanded to appear at Reading Crown Court on August 11.
