Samaritans have offered comfort and a listening ear to nearly 9,000 callers across Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead over the last year.
Their 87 listening volunteers covering the three towns have also responded to 1,566 emails and 4,045 texts.
During the year, the premises at 17 Uxbridge Road in Slough were refurbished.
Branch director Trudi said: "We are really pleased with our new and improved centre which will offer a very warm welcome to those who like to come in to the branch and see us face to face and of course to our hard working volunteers."
Samaritans hope to extend outreach activities during the next twelve months. But more volunteers are needed and a recruitment drive will be starting shortly.
Five volunteers have been awarded long service certificates with four of them clocking up 15 years each. One of them, Luke, has been a Samaritan at the branch for 35 years.
