Staff at The Co-operative Food in Bridge Road are celebrating a relentless fundraising drive which has seen them crowned top store in the area.
All Co-operative Food stores nationwide were tasked with raising money for Carers Trust throughout 2013.
The team from the store based in the petrol station banked £4,214 for the charity, making them the top earners for the chain in an area covering Slough, Uxbridge, Hillingdon and Southall.
Staff set up tables in the store offering food and drink to customers, who were encouraged to donate to the cause as a thank you.
Clive Daw, operations manager for The Co-operative Food in Maidenhead, said: "The teams in my area have done a fantastic job putting the fun into fundraising, and I'd like to congratulate them all.
"However, special thanks go to the team at Bridge Road who have shown commitment and dedication to come out on top in our local charts."
