Marlow boss Mark Bartley has swooped to bring in the former Braintee Town and Maidenhead United coach Kerthney Carty (KC) as the new first team head coach.
Bartley has made KC his first signing of the close season, and said his arrival at Oak Tree Road is a big statement of the Blues intention to push for promotion in the coming seasons.
Bartley said: "I’ve been looking to improve the management team for a while, but was keen to make sure I waited until the right person became available.
"After speaking with KC on numerous occasions, the commonality in our views on a number of important aspects convinced me he was the right person for us.
"I’m absolutely delighted that he feels the same about us, as getting somebody with his experience and CV is a major coup for the club.
"This is as big a statement of our intentions as any single player signing will be this close season”
